AG 1433 Hydrochloride is a specific and potent inhibitor of platelet-derived growth factor-β receptor kinase (PDGF-β receptor kinase, IC50 = 5.0 μM) and of Flk-1/KDR/VEGF Receptor 2 (IC50 = 9.3 μM). AG 1433 Hydrochloride also acts as angiogenesis inhibitor.
