Z-VAD-FMK is an irreversible, cell-permeable, broad-spectrum caspase inhibitor. Z-VAD-FMK limited Fas-induced mouse liver damage and apoptosis to <1% and abrogated 7-hydroxystaurosporine and etoposide-induced apoptosis in HL60 cells at 50 μM.

Note: product is now supplied in lyophilized format for customer to dissolve in their own high-quality DMSO or other applicable solvent.

sc-3067 is supplied in a convenient, 0.5 mg aliquot. Larger quantities available as sc-311561.
