PKC ε inhibitor peptide is an octapeptide that selectively and reversibly inhibits the translocation of Protein Kinase C epsilon. Inhibition of PKCε translocation is relevant to the study of norepinephrine-mediated regulation of contraction in cardiomyocytes.

Hello, I am interested in using this PKC epsilon inhibitor in RAW 264.7 cells. Would you recommend transfecting the cells with the inhibitor/scrambled peptide, or is simple incubation with the inhibitor sufficient? Many thanks Sonia

Thank you for your question. Since the peptide is not cell permeable, we recommend transient permeabilization with saponin at 150 µg/ml.
