Mouse IgGκ light chain binding protein is a highly specific reagent that provides strong signal with minimal background and virtually complete elimination of lot to lot variation associated with conventionally generated secondary antibodies. Mouse IgGκ light chain binding protein (m-IgGκ BP) conjugated to CruzFluor™ 647 (CFL 647) is suitable for binding to mouse IgGκ light chain immunoglobulins, comprising a vast majority of mouse monoclonal primary antibodies; not suitable for use with mouse monoclonal IgGλ light chain primary antibodies. CruzFluor™ 647 is a far-red fluorescent dye that is an excellent substitute for AlexFluor® 647 or Cy5®.

Great for intracellular staining-flow cytometryStained HEK 293T (human) and B16F10 (mouse) cells using this antibody and ran flow cytometry. The staining was clear without much background and the human and mouse cells gave a good Stain Index. The target was Ku70 protein. I used the antibody at a 1:200 dilution.
