After solubilized in DMSO and stored in 4℃, Gemcitabine Hydrochloride (sc-204763) solution becomes solid. How stable is it if I thaw the solution and put it back to 4℃ to let it become solid and then thaw, which results in multiple cycles?
Asked by: BailuXie
Thank you for your question. It is recommended to store stock solutions at -20 or below and use within 1 month. We do not have any data on stability after multiple freeze-thaw cycles. It is recommended wherever possible solutions should be made and used on the same day.
