What is the recommended dilution for Foxp3 anti mouse for IHC staining?

Why FOXP3 molecular weight is 48KDa and we see the band between 55 and 90KDa? Thank you

Hi, I asked you before about the best ab to detect Foxp3 for human tissue by IHC-P and you advice me by sc53876. I would like to ask about sc-130666 and sc130666 PerCP, whats the different. If I would like to test sc130666 in IHC-P it will possible or not

Thank you for your question. sc-130666 PerCP is conjugated to a fluorescent peridinin-chlorophyll protein complex (PerCP) and, therefore, a secondary detection reagent is not needed. Whereas sc-130666 is unconjugated so it would require use of a secondary detection reagent. sc-130666:FOXP3 (150D/E4) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin embedded sections. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great antibody for WB I received a small sample and tried it for detection of FOXP3 in skeletal muscle samples (rat). It worked well in Western blots at 1:500 concentration, producing a strong signal at predicted MW.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Several weak bands I used this Ab on mouse lung homogenates at 1:1000 dilution. There were multiple bands, high background, and the bands were not strong. The datasheet says the band will be at 48kda, but the image shows it well about 55kda... I had two weak bands around that area.

Ran both human lymphoma and mouse tumor tissues. They both stained and got great results. The mouse pictures are clients, so you will have to trust me, they look fabulous!
