I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with CD45 Antibody (35-Z6): sc-1178?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for Rat and Mouse Received this as a sample. We ran 3 species (H, M, R) on 3 separate test runs. HIER at high pH 9.0 is necessary. The mouse and rat spleens show strong results. The human tissues were very weak, tried both normal and abnormal tissues with same results. We used a concentration of 1:100. If you are running human tissue, I would suggest using a higher concentration than ours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Great! Antibody worked well for IF staining of human T cells at a 1:100 dilution. Also good for flow at 1ug/1 million cells. Western blot seemed good/relatively clean. Did not work for IP at a concentration of 1ug/IP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from western blot Used in western blot against mouse CD45 in whole cell extract from murine embryonic stem cells.Primary antibody was diluted 1:800 in 5% milk incubated for 1 hour at RT,the Secondary antibody; 1:5000 dilution of goat anti-mouse IgG-HRP , incubated for 1 hour at RT,the Gel was used 6 % SDS PAGE.Protein was detected at 210 kDa,very clean blot, no non-specific bands present
