Bax Channel Blocker is a cell-permeable dibromocarbazolo-piperazinyl derivative that displays anti-apoptotic properties. Bax Channel Blocker effectively blocks Bid-induced cyctochrome c release from HeLa cell mitochondria by inhibiting Bax channel-forming activity.
