Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly potent and specific antibody This monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was extremely strong detection of the ~43 kDa target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested.

I highly recommend this antibody for Immunocytochemistry and western blotting.Great product.<br />
