7,8-Dihydroxyflavone is a tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB) agonist that binds to the extracellular domain of the receptor with a Kd value of 320 nM. It also inhibits glutamate-triggered apoptosis in hippocampal neurons in vitro.

What is the limit of solubility of this compound (7,8-Dihydroxyflavone) in water?
Is it soluble in 0.9% saline?
We have been trying to get it into solution with 20% DMSO diluted in saline and becomes milky white with addition of saline at [5mg/ml].
