WDR13 Antibody (1G9) is a high quality monoclonal WDR13 antibody (also designated WDR13 antibody) suitable for the detection of the WDR13 protein of mouse, rat and human origin. WDR13 Antibody (1G9) is available as the non-conjugated anti-WDR13 antibody. WD repeat containing protein 13 (WDR13) is a 485 amino acid protein that is widely expressed in various adult and fetal tissues. WD-repeats are motifs that are found in a variety of proteins and are characterized by a conserved core of 40-60 amino acids that commonly form a tertiary propeller structure. While proteins that contain WD-repeats participate in a wide range of cellular functions, they are generally involved in regulatory mechanisms concerning chromatin assembly, cell cycle control, signal transduction, RNA processing, apoptosis and vesicular trafficking. The gene encoding WDR13, which maps to chromosome Xp11.23, contains 9 exons, 8 introns and 6 WD-repeats. The subcellular localization of the WDR13 protein in the nucleus suggests that it may have a regulatory function. Two isoforms of this protein exist as a result of alternative splicing events.

For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with WDR13 (1G9): sc-517175 antibody?
