Vasopressin is a nonapeptide hormone produced by the hypothalamus and stored in the posterior pituitary gland. It's primary roles are in the regulation of water balance and arterial blood pressure. Vasopressin acts on the kidneys to increase water permeability and works within the peripheral vascular system to increase vasoconstriction.

I have been asked to source an antibody for Vasopressin for use on human tissue, that can be used for paraffin IHC. Do you anything available

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any antibodies that would be recommended for detection of the hormone Vasopressin in human tissues.
