Hi, How was the Tetanus c-fragment (sc 222346) prepared? Was it purified from recombinant expressing bacteria? Or was it purified from c tetani? By what protocol was it purified ie ion exchange chromatography? Regards

Asked by: Kevin abc
Thank you for your question. This Tetanus Toxin, C-Fragment biochemical was prepared via enzyme digestion of the toxin.

I'm looking for anti tetanus toxin c fragment antibody. Can I use this antibody for IF? I want stain in the brain tissue.

Asked by: Sekun
Thank you for your question. This product is not an antibody. Tetanus Toxin, C-Fragment is the C-terminal binding portion of the heavy chain of tetanus toxin, isolated from Clostridium tetani. It is useful for binding studies. Unfortunately, we do not have any antibodies for IF of tetanus toxin c fragment at this time.
