Datasheets

    • Anti-TCR Antibody (KJ1-26) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a (kappa light chain) TCR antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
    • raised against T cell hybridoma DO11.10 of mouse origin
    • TCR Antibody (KJ1-26) is recommended for detection of DO-11.10 T-cell receptors of mouse origin by WB, IP and FCM
    • Anti-TCR Antibody (KJ1-26) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
    • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
    • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
    • also provided azide-free for blocking T cell receptors on the DO-11.10 hybridoma, sc-65737 L, 200 µg/0.1 ml
    • Contact our Technical Service Department (or your local Distributor) for more information on how to receive a FREE 10 µg sample of TCR (KJ1-26): sc-65737.
    • m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG2a BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for TCR Antibody (KJ1-26) for WB applications. These reagents are now offered in bundles with TCR Antibody (KJ1-26) (see ordering information below).

I bought the L form of this antibody, sc-65737 L for blocking (neutralization). How long can I store this at in the refridgerator?

Asked by: Trav11
The L form of the antibody should be stored at -20°C. Once thawed, we recommend using as soon as possible, although it is usually stable for up to 2 weeks at 4 degrees.
