What's the work concentration for WB?

Asked by: Cong
Thank you for your question. We recommend using this at the starting dilution of 1:200 (range 1:100-1:1,000) for Western blotting.

Are there any issues with using sc-393287: TAL1 (C-4) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

Asked by: Professor Griffin
Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Please contact our special orders department for pricing and availability of sc-393287 conjugates.
