Molecular Weight of TAF II p68 is 68 kDa but why the demonstrative western blot shown 1 band in between 30k and 40k?

Thank you for your question. The image on our website for this TAF II antibody is of a fusion protein, not of endogenous TAF II expression, which is why the molecular weight is lower than the endogenous protein size.

I am using TAF II p68 (TAF15B11A6): sc-81121 antibody for immunoprecipitation, how much antibody should I use?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using 1–10 µl (i.e., 0.2–2 µg) of antibody with 1 ml of cell lysate. However, optimal antibody concentration should be determined by titration.
