STA-21 is a small molecule that blocks constitutive Stat3 (signal transducer and activator of transcription 3) signaling by impeding Stat3 DNA binding, Stat3 dimerization, and Stat3-dependent luciferase activity. STA-21 displays minimal effect on cells not expressing constitutive Stat3 signaling.

I dissolved sc-200757(STA-21) completely in DMSO. When I added my solution to cell culture media a yellow crystal precipitate appeared. Do you have any recommendations?

Thank you for your question. STA-21 (CAS 28882-53-3): sc-200757 is soluble in DMSO up to 20mg/mL. Using a lower inhibitor concentration my prevent precipitation when adding the DMSO solution to cell culture media.
