Hello! I have a question about this product: is there any information on phosphorus content in it? Is it suitable for a phytase activity determination (as an enzyme substrate)? Thank you! Kind regards, Alexander Fedorov.

Thank you for your question. Based on testing, the phosphorus content is 19.8%. Unfortunately we have no knowledge regarding suitability for phytase activity determination.
