Rp-8-Br-PET-cyclic GMPS, Sodium Salt is a metabolically-stable, competitive inhibitor of cGKI (cGKI α and β). This compound blocks cGMP-gated retinal type ion channels (IC50 = 25 μM) and the activation of purified PKA type II (Ki = 10 μM). Rp-8-Br-PET-cyclic GMPS, Sodium Salt is more lipophilic and cell-permeable than Rp-8-pCPT-cGMPS . Note: 1 μmol = 0.56 mg. Rp-8-Br-PET-cyclic GMPS, Sodium Salt is an inhibitor of cGKII.
