Rated 1 out of 5 by from not recomended for WB no signal for WB (dilution range 1:50 - 1:1000 in BSA/TBS-T or MMP/TBS-T) and only a very weak signal in IF (dilution 1:50) if the cells were fixed in 2% formaldehyde. Even then the background signal is too high to obtain a good signal.
