Quinoline-3-sulfonyl Chloride is a quinoline compound substituted with a functionalizable sulfonyl chloride group at the 3-position. Quinoline-3-sulfonyl Chloride has been used in the synthesis of TNAP (tissue-nonspecific alkaline phosphatase) inhibitor lead compounds. In this case Quinoline-3-sulfonyl Chloride was reacted with an aniline to generate a sulfonamide compound.
