Rated 5 out of 5 by from unlucky According to the textbook, the largest subunit of Pol II (called RPB1 or RPB205) is a 1,840 amino acid protein that contains a C2H2 zinc finger and a C-terminal domain consisting of several heptad repeats. We tried to test this conclusion, but failed, but the product characteristics are still good.
