What is the expected localization of the p27 antigen for detection in tissue?

Asked by: TinTin
Thank you for your question. The p27 protein has cytoplasmic and nuclear expression in most tissues. This is consistent with the IHC(P) data on our website and datasheet for this antibody. And also supported by the Human Protein Atlas (see reference below for details). http://www.proteinatlas.org/ENSG00000111276-CDKN1B/tissue

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Verified AB This AB was verified via immuno fluorescence in pCMV5-human P27 transfected HEK293T cells. Negative control was non transfected HRK293T which has p27 staining equal to that of autofluorescence background. Serial dilutions of AB 1:50-1:500 showed only marginal decrease in staining efficiency. This is an excellent AB, that stains bright and is ideally colocalized with the DAPI nuclear stain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very well inWB I use it in WB . SK-N-SH cell lysis used。 10% gel,electrophoresis: 30 mA,90 min。 transfer membrane :300 ma,45min。5% milk block,1:75 antibody overnight。1X TTBS wash 3 times ,second antibody 1:2000 ,1 h , temperature。then 1X TTBS wash 3 times。 10 min can appearance bands。but there is no specific bands。
