Can I use this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemical staining of mouse tissue?

Asked by: DefinitelyNotMatt
Thank you for your question. This particular p21 antibody is not the best choice for IHC. Instead, p21 (F-5): sc-6246 is a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody that can be easily used for IHC. It has many possible conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor® 488 and Alexa Fluor® 647. Please contact Technical Service if you have further questions concerning this product.
