NSC 109555 ditosylate is an ATP-competitive reversible Chk2 (checkpoint kinase 2) inhibitor that displays no effect on a range of other kinases, including Chk1. NSC 109555 ditosylate inhibits H1 phosphorylation as well as attenuates mitochondrial ATP synthesis.
