Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product was used for detection of Nodal This product was used for detection of Nodal in PC3 (prostate cancer cell line). 1 to 100 appeared to be very high concentration for the 1ry AB, I would go with 1:200 or even 1: 400 in 5% milk in TBST. For the secondary, I would recommend 1:2000.
