Anti-Myeloid Marker Antibody (BM-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 (kappa light chain) Myeloid Marker antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
raised against peripheral blood mononuclear cells of human origin
Myeloid Marker Antibody (BM-1) is recommended for detection of myeloid specific DNA binding protein in myeloid precursor cells and leukemias derived from them of human origin by IF and IHC(P)
Anti-Myeloid Marker Antibody (BM-1) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems

Myeloid Marker Antibody (BM-1) is a high quality monoclonal Myeloid Marker antibody (also designated Myeloid Marker antibody) suitable for the detection of the Myeloid Marker protein of human origin. Myeloid Marker Antibody (BM-1) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-Myeloid Marker antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-Myeloid Marker antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Myeloid cells originate in the bone marrow during hematopoiesis and encompass all hemopoietic cells except the lymphoid cells (T cells, B cells, NK cells and dendritic cells). Vascular endothelial cells can differentiate from common myeloid progenitors, and these cells that form the bone marrow-derived myeloid lineage express markers such as CD31, von Willebrand factor and Tie2. Other myeloid markers may be used to track certain diseases, such as Kawasaki disease, a self-limited vasculitis that affects many organs, including the skin and mucous membranes, lymph nodes, blood vessel walls and heart.
