Magnolol is isomeric to honokiol (sc-202653). Magnolol is an anxiolytic, anti-thrombotic and antibacterial. . Inhibitor of nitric oxide (NO) and TNF-α production in LPS-activated macrophages by the suppression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS; NOS II) expression (IC50 = 16.8 μM). Magnolol is an activator of CB2 and CB1.
