    • supplied at 200 µg in 0.5 ml volume
    • Strongly recommended alternative to conventional anti-mouse IgG secondary antibodies for Immunofluorescence (IF) and Flow Cytometry (FCM)
    • Suitable for binding to about 46%, but not all, mouse IgGκ light chain immunoglobulins; not suitable for use with mouse monoclonal IgGλ light chain antibodies
    • Highly specific reagent that provides strong signal with minimal background and virtually complete elimination of lot to lot variation associated with conventionally generated secondary antibodies
    • Mouse IgG binding proteins are recommended for some, but not all of our monoclonal antibodies. Product descriptions on our monoclonal antibody product pages will state if the Mouse IgG binding protein is the preferred detection reagent for that product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average staining of Ku70 in human and mouse cells I tested this PE-tagged secondary antibody with a primary antibody (sc-56129) in flow cytometry. Stained 1 million HEK 293T cells and B16F10 with 1:50 dilution of the primary and 1:200 of the PE-tagged secondary. The resolution was not great, and the stain index was very small. It was better for the HEKs than the B16F10s.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not optimized I got a free sample of this product and I have tested it for intracellular staining and surface staining as well, but unfortunately, there are lots of backgrounds so I can not interpret my data at all from that, even with 1:100 dilution. Also, I am using anti-gamma globin antibody as a primary antibody from your company.I would be happy if you could help me to solve this problem.
