- mouse IgG Fc binding protein (m-IgG Fc BP) conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)
- supplied at 50 µg in 0.5 ml volume
- Highly recommended alternative to conventional anti-mouse IgG secondary antibodies for chemiluminescence Western blotting (WB [ECL]) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
- Suitable for binding to the Fc region of many, but not all, mouse IgG1, IgG2a and IgG2b immunoglobulins, and to a lesser extent, to mouse IgG3; not suitable for use with mouse monoclonal IgM, IgA or IgE antibodies
- Not cross-reactive with human, rat, rabbit or goat IgG antibodies
- Highly specific reagent that provides strong signal with minimal background and virtually complete elimination of lot to lot variation associated with conventionally generated secondary antibodies

Could it be possible to detect human Klotho protein by ELISA using the A9 antibody, sc-515942 as primary antibody and using the secondary antibody m-IgG Fc BP-HRP: sc-525409?

Excellent as secondary for Western blot
We are very pleased by the clean bands in WB delivered by this antibody. We use a dilution of 1:1500 in 2,5% milk with PBS-T or TBS-T.
