I am using LMO3 (1A8): sc-517019 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?

Asked by: Randy McDonald
Thank you for your question. We recommend a starting dilution of 1:50. However, optimal antibody concentration should be determined by titration. Please find our full immunofluorescence protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/immunofluorescence-cell-staining

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work for us. Immunofluorescence (1:200) did not work on frozen section from 4% PFA fixed embryonic mouse brain tissue. 3-5 min retrieval with citric buffer (PH6.0).
