How much sample do you recommend loading on the gel for Western blot detection using KCNMB4 (B-6): sc-515712?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Risultato discreto Usato in Western blotting su cellule derivate da tumore al seno umano MCF7 e T47D, ha dato un segnale flebile intorno alle dimensioni attese secondo il data sheet; tuttavia, si sono sempre visualizzate 2 bande di peso molecolare piuttosto simile (forse isoforme della stessa proteina?). Inoltre risulta presente una banda, probabilmente aspecifica, di circa 35KDa. Globalmente, il risultato è da ritenersi sufficiente.
