I'd like to consult the immunogen of the antibody (JNK2 antibody (A-7): sc-271133). We want to study a truncated protein, so we want to make sure that the antibody binds to that truncated part.

Hi there, I have used this antibody in parallel with a JNK1 antibody we've already had from cell signaling to compare the relative levels. The size of the dominant isoform of JNK2 (p54) however is larger than I expected (definitely >60kDa)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WB Results I applied for a sample two week ago.My sample is the mouse liver. Incubated the antibody for overnight at 4℃, 1:1000 dilution, and  m-IgGκ BP-HRP  incubated for 1 hour at RT , 1:1000 dilution.The results are shown in the figure.
