Thank you for your question. Yes, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to HRP, PE, FITC, AF488 and AF647.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from very good antibody I used it for immunoprecipitation from different human cancer cell lines and I got very clean and strong signal. I also used it for western blotting to detect Iqgap1 in the same cell lines. In 1:1000 dilution, it gave very strong signal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seemed good for western blotting I used mouse Hepa1-6 cell lysates with loading gradient to check this antibody in western blotting. Antibody was diluted 1000X and incubated at 4℃ overnight. The exposure results showed several bands from 130-170 KD . But I didn’t use si specific genes to check whether this band was specific.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from gratefully worked Overexpressed GFP-IQ1 (human clone) in 293 cells was detected. endogenous IQ1 also was detected. overexpressed IQ2 and IQ3 were not detected. 1/1000 dil in 2% BSA TBST, o/n reaction.
