My name is Leonardo and I would like to know if this product can be used as a mounting medium for immunofluorescence. Thank you

Asked by: Léo Bagne
Thank you for your question. ImmunoHistoMount: sc-45086 is an aqueous-based mounting medium for permanent preservation of immunoperoxidase (HRP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP) substrates on tissue sections. We would recommend using our alternative product, UltraCruz® Aqueous Mounting Medium with DAPI: sc-24941, for immunofluorescence.
