Rated 1 out of 5 by from Holy (and expensive) water Tried the free IFNgamma (E-10) in Western blot (1:100 as suggested by datasheet) with olfactory mesenchymal stem cells (oMSC) and mouse cortex protein extracts to check for signal in these two models. Not a single band was detected. Everything was done properly. I have tested 8 (eight!) mouse monoclonal antibodies from Santa Cruz and not a single one gave any band except one that gave an aspecific signal (I would like to upload a picture, but it is not allowing me). I will not loose more time with them and I strongly advice you to do the same. Good luck, fellow researchers.
