HTMT dimaleate is a mixed Histamine H1 Receptor and Histamine H2 Receptor agonist. This compound is 4x104 times more active than histamine in H2-mediated effects in natural suppressor cells. HTMT dimaleate increases intracellular Ca2+ and IP3 in lymphocytes through a binding site other than H1, H2 or H3.
