What negative control should be used when using the conjugated version of HLA-A2 (BB7.2): sc-32236 monoclonal antibody in flow cytometry?

Asked by: jenni
Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend using the isotype specific normal mouse IgG conjugated to the same fluorophore. For example, if you are using sc-32236 PE, then you would want to use normal mouse IgG2b PE, sc-2868.

Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with HLA-A2 (BB7.2): sc-32236?

Asked by: jenni
Thank you for your question. While most anti-mouse IgG secondary antibodies are appropriate for use with HLA-A2 (BB7.2): sc-32236 monoclonal antibody we recommend using one our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins as a secondary detection reagent. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
