Is it suitable for WB in rabbits?

Thank you for your question. GSTP1 Antibody (F-6): sc-376481 is only recommended for detection of GSTP1 of human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA. Our tests with this antibody indicate that it does not produce reliable results when used in other assays or species. Please contact our technical service if you require further information.

Does GSTP 1/2  SC-376481 can detect a GST protein  from a rabbit origin by western blot

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal antibody, GSTP1 (F-6): sc-376481, is recommended for detection of GSTP1 (Glutathione S-transferase Pi) of human origin. We have not tested the antibody in rabbit samples and do not know if it would work for this species. Please contact our Technical Service Department if you would like us to perform sequence analysis against the rabbit protein to predict whether or not the antibody may be able to cross-react with the rabbit protein.

What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with GSTP1 (F-6): sc-376481 monoclonal antibody?
