Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very recognizes GPR56 This antibody very works GPR56 with western blotting with SAS cell lysate and immunohistochemistry.
Date published: 2020-06-12
Rated 2 out of 5 by from works well in WB but unspecific in cell staining Nice and robust signal in positive situation and nearly no staining in negative situation in WB. Aceton fixed GPR56 KO cells show the same intracellular signal as high GPR56+ WT cells. No surface staining, which was achived with other antibodies.
