Questions about GATA4 (sc-25310) 1. Any difference in fucntion between GATA4 (sc-1237) and GATA4 (sc-25310) 2. There was a study showing that GATA4 (sc-1237) used as a molecular marker for Sertoli cells. Will GATA4 (sc-25310) function the same?

It has good quality. This antibody has binding affinity against phospho-GATA4?

This antibody is not specifically made to recognize phosphorylated GATA-4, however it will detect the phosphorylated protein as long as it's not phosphorylated exactly where the epitope maps. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not specific for the mouse I used this antibody in IF staining in mouse embryos. It shows beautiful nuclear localization, however also in tissues it is not mean to be expressed in. This is definitely not an antibody to be used in mice.
