Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor choice for WB in my hands Tried a test sample of H-6 in a WB, but the secondary wouldn't pick it up at all. Assuming because it's an IgM. Switched to Mouse anti-GATA2 (sc-267) and it works beautifully, strong distinct bands with no background.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 挺好用 用了脐静脉内皮细胞做阳性对照,做蛋白免疫印记,抗体稀释比例大概在1:5000,阳性对照出的条带很清晰,条带分子量的位置也正确,基本上没有杂带,单克隆抗体特异性比较好。因课题内部要求,就不附图了。
