When should the TransCruz reagent sc-267 X be used instead of the standard form sc-267?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good antibody I used GATA-2 for WB, the antibody diluted at 1:500 and incubated ON. I suggest use the secondary at dilution 1:20000 for 90min. I obtained good signal with little background noise.

We have been using it for years and work best compared to other brands.Our purpose is to create publishable data and this antibody is being used detect the GATA-2 expression in rat kidney tissue. GATA-2 was used to ensure that our CRISPR knockout worked and was validated using the antibody.It gave us saisfied result.
