Fludarabine is a prodrug converted to free nucleoside 9-β-D-arabinosyl-2-fluoroadenine (F-ara-A). F-ara-A enters cells and accumulates as 5′-triphosphate. Interferes with DNA synthesis and repair. Induces apoptosis of cancer cells and RNA transcription inhibitor.

I would like to confirm if sc-204755 could be applied for cell culture?

This product has not been specifically tested for cell culture use and is not cell culture grade, however, most products can still be used in cell culture applications by following basic cell culture protocols, e.g. using cell culture grade/sterilized solvents, aseptic technique, and sterilely filtering in a sterile hood.
