Flt3 Inhibitor IV is a 3-aminoindazole compound that acts as a strong ATP-competitive inhibitor of Flt-3/Flk-2(Flt3). Flt3 Inhibitor IV also exhibits excellent selectivity over Flk-1 (KDR/VEGFR-2) and c-Kit.
