FCM Permeabilization buffer (1X) is intended solely for permeabilizing fixed cells prior to intracellular staining with fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies. FCM Permeabilization buffer does not need to be present at any other steps following permeabilization.

Usage :
Prior to use, FCM Permeabilization Buffer must be chilled to -20° C. FCM Permeabilization buffer (1X) may be stored long term at -20°C, 4°C or RT.
