Is there an optimized protocol for transforming Jurkat T cells?

Thank you for your question. We do not have optimized protocols for transduction of individual cell lines, including Jurkat. We would recommend you consult the primary literature for more detailed information about transducing specific cell lines. How long if I store it at -20 degree?

Thank you for your question. We recommend to aliquot and store our Control shRNA Lentiviral Particles (sc-108080) at -80°C. At this temperature, the aliquots are expected to be viable for long-term storage and can be used for several years. We do warranty them for one year from the date of receipt. We do not recommend storage at -20°C, and have not tested them after being stored at -20°C.
