Rated 1 out of 5 by from The antibody have not tissue specificity. CDX1 should be only expressed on the intestinal tissue, but my results showed that not only normal intestinal tissue, but also gastric intestinal cancer, breast cancer ,prostate cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma cells were positive for the CDX1.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the good function of it Cdx1is members of the caudal-type homeobox family of genes, which are homologues of the Drosophila ‘caudal’ gene required for anterior-posterior regional identity. The intestine-specific transcription factors Cdx1 and Cdx2 are candidate genes for directing intestinal development, differentiation, proliferation and maintenance of the intestinal phenotype
