Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice clean single band A single clean band against total yeast cell (S. cerevisiae) lysate prepared by TCA precipitation. However, band was quite larger than the expected size of Cdc11 (47 kDa). I did not have a negative control strain to confirm band identity.
