Thank you for your question. Anti-c-Fms/CSF-1R Antibody (D-8) is recommended for detection of c-Fms/CSF-1R of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA and would work in these assays with spinal samples from rat.
